Clinical Observations of Week One's Holistic Hoop Core-eography:
My Core Activation is fortified by Weighted Hooping with adduction of my legs and subsequent engagement of obliques, quadriceps, hamstrings, calves, gluteal and pelvic floor muscles. Hooping with the different props, including elements of cushioning (proprioception i.e. weight-bearing, tactile, vestibular i.e. movement and kinesthesia i.e. sensing coordination), stability (wood), height (12" wooden stool), narrow base of support (space between treadmills), graded control (small rotary movements with focus on musicality, speed, accuracy, timing and instability (gliding discs, kidney-shaped lapboard and gluteal band) enhances the Athleticism, Improvisation and Comedic Experience of Hoop Dancing.
